Nick DeMaio

Paula joined our team in December of 2015 after spending 8 years in the auto industry. Paula oversees our amazing team of multi-line representatives as our Executive Vice President of Production. She utilizes a consultative approach to help identify customers’ wants and needs to properly match the correct products with the value that people are looking for. She works with customers throughout the Pennsylvania Region including the local 5 county area which include: Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Philadelphia, Lehigh, and Northampton to name a few. Her team also has ability to assist New Jersey residents with their insurance needs. In her free time, Paula enjoys cooking, camping, hiking, and traveling. ~

 Kelly joined our team in September 2017. Currently she is our Executive Vice President of Customer Care, overseeing our team dedicated to providing remarkable customer service.  She, along with her team, primarily focuses on taking care of our customers’ needs in regards to billing, policy maintenance and any service requests you have. Ultimately her goal is to provide you with incredible customer service!  Outside the office she a busy mom of 3 teenage girls and resides in Bucks County with her husband Bo and their golden doodle, Oakley.   ~

Troy joined our State Farm team in 2015 in Perkasie, PA. Troy grew up in the area and graduated from Pennridge High School. He now lives in North Wales and is looking for a Home in Lansdale. When he is not working, he is Rock Climbing along the East Coast and local areas around Philadelphia. Staci joined the State Farm team in September 2020 after a 20 year career in the mental/behavioral health field and six years running her own business as a special education advocate. She understands that people and families have unique needs, and she’ll put her experience to work in helping you find the right products to meet your lifestyle and goals. Staci graduated from Pennridge High School and now lives in Gilbertsville with her husband and two sons. When Staci isn’t hard at work, she’s hard at play enjoying the outdoors and working on DIY crafts and home improvement projects.  

Roshelle is a part of the customer care team in our Richboro office. She is a resident of Southampton and graduate of Council Rock High School South. In her free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends, family, and cat. She looks forward to answering any questions you may have and providing remarkable customer service and support.

AJ grew up in Philadelphia, in the Torresdale section of the city but now resides in the Upper Perkiomen area. He started his professional career in the Telecommunications industry where he spent 8 years building a reputation of hard work, consistency and putting his customers' needs above all else. During the early stages of the 2020 lock-down AJ decided to make a change and joined the Insurance Industry, where he started his journey specializing in health products. After developing his understanding of health products, he decided to expand his product knowledge and accept the opportunity to join Nick DeMaio’s State Farm team in late 2023. On his free time, you will find him on the road riding his motorcycle and volunteering in fundraisers and charity events that benefit children’s hospitals, families in need, families of fallen police officers, firefighters and military members. So, if you see him out on the road, say hi!

Timothy miller is part of the customer care team in the Richboro office. He grew up in Langhorne, PA. He graduated Buck’s County Technical High School in 2019. When he is not at work, he is spending time with his wife and daughter. Tim also enjoys working on and riding his motorcycle in the free time. Tim loves problem solving and helping people every day.

Morgan recently joined our team in June 2024 and is part of our Customer Care team. She is currently pursuing a degree in Risk Management and Insurance, with a concentration in Property and Casualty, at Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Morgan is originally from Northeast Philadelphia but moved to the Southampton area in 2015, shortly after that she graduated from one of the area’s local high schools, Villa Joseph Marie. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her niece and nephew and taking road trips.

Steve is part of the customer care team in the Perkasie office. He grew up in Doylestown and now resides in Perkasie. He comes from an accounting background, which brings with him a new perspective when it comes to insurance. When he is not at work, he is either restoring his classic car or out on the golf course. He’s looking forward to helping you with excellent service and support for any questions or needs that you may have!
