He started his professional career in the Telecommunications industry where he spent 8 years building a reputation of hard work, consistency and putting his customers' needs above all else. During the early stages of the 2020 lock-down AJ decided to make a change and joined the Insurance Industry, where he started his journey specializing in health products. After developing his understanding of health products, he decided to expand his product knowledge and accept the opportunity to join Nick DeMaio’s State Farm team in late 2023. On his free time, you will find him on the road riding his motorcycle and volunteering in fundraisers and charity events that benefit children’s hospitals, families in need, families of fallen police officers, firefighters and military members. Jena Fischer

Jena joined our team in August, 2025. She was previously employed with The Hartford Insurance in the early 2000’s for 10 years. There, she worked exclusively with AARP members, advising them with their auto, home and liability needs, along with handling Workers Compensation in the last 3 years with the company. After this, Jena moved from San Diego, California to Bucks County, PA in 2007. She then worked for a catering company in New Hope for 12 years and after this as a personal chef in a private home for 2 years. She is now in our Customer Service Department, handling our customer’s insurance needs. She will soon make a transition to our production team. She has her license for Property and Casualty, Health, Medical, Life and financial services for PA and NJ. Jena is a big foodie! She enjoys going to exploring the East coast in her spare time and finding the great places to eat and great antiquing shops. Weekend road trips visiting various small towns to big cities are her favorite things to do! Please stop by the Richboro office as she loves to put a face with our policy holders.
